mozzarella cheese ( Divided-Enough to cover each Zucchini half )
cooked sausage ( Divided-Enough to fill each Zucchini half )
1 teaspoon oregano ( divided )
2 teaspoons garlic powder ( divided )
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium heat.
2.Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
3.Scoop out the center of each half, leaving around 1/4 inch of flesh intact.
4.Season the flesh of the zucchini with 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5.Spoon pizza sauce into each of the zucchini halves.
6.Add the cooked sausage into each zucchini half on top of the pizza sauce.
7.Cover each for the mozzarella cheese enough to fully cover the top of the sausage combination.
8.Season the cheese with the remaining teaspoon of oregano and the remaining teaspoon of garlic powder.
9.Place the stuffed zucchini halves on the preheated grill, cover, and grill for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
