2 packages stella doro anisette toast
8 tablespoons good quality rum ( optional )
5 1/2 ounces vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
5 1/2 ounces cook and serve chocolate pudding mix

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F
2.In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix and 1 1/2 cups of milk, whisking until the mixture is smooth
3.In another bowl, repeat step 2 with the chocolate pudding mix and remaining milk
4.In a 9x13 inch baking dish, lay one layer of Stella Doro anisette toast on the bottom. Pour half of the vanilla pudding mix on top of the toast. Dip another layer of toast in the rum and place it on top of the vanilla pudding mix. Repeat layering once more.
5.Pour the chocolate pudding mix on top of the layered toast.
6.Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely before serving. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
