Instructions

1.1.Clean and peel the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes.
2.Boil the potatoes in salted water until they become tender. Drain the water and set the potatoes aside.
3.In another pan, melt the butter. Add the chopped green onions to the butter and saute for a few minutes.
4.Add the boiled potatoes to the pan with green onions and mix well. Use a masher or fork to lightly mash the potatoes.
5.Add a little milk to the mixture and continue to mash until the desired consistency is achieved.
