1 cup cold water
3 dashes white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Combine the ground pork, nakano rice vinegar, kikkomen soy sauce, minced celery, finely grated carrot, and chopped green onions in a large bowl until all ingredients are well-mixed.

4.In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and cold water until well combined.
