3 large sweet potatoes , about 1 1/2 lbs
1 box spicy rice powder ( found in oriental supermarkets if not available whir 1/2 cup uncooked rice in a blender until the co )

Instructions

3.Pour the mixture over the pork strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

6.After 10 minutes, add the marinated pork strips on top of the sweet potatoes and steam for another 30 minutes.
