2 green onions , thinly sliced ( shallots )
2 teaspoons ketjap manis
2 garlic cloves , crushed
20 wonton wrappers
2 tablespoons water
soy sauce , to serve

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together the finely chopped shiitake mushroom, oyster mushroom, Thai basil, green onions, ketjap manis, and crushed garlic.

3.Wet the edges with water, fold the wonton wrapper in half to seal and create a triangle.
4.Press the edges of the wonton wrapper together.
5.Bring a pot of water to a boil and prepare a steamer basket.
6.Place the wontons in the steamer basket, cover with a lid and steam for 6-8 minutes until the wontons are tender but cooked through.
7.Serve with soy sauce on the side.
