1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons chinese rice wine
2 tablespoons cornstarch

3 scallions , cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1 1/2 lbs baby bok choy , trimmed , halved lengthwise , and washed well

Instructions

5.Pour reserved mushroom soaking liquid over chicken and mushrooms, and then sprinkle scallions and ginger over them.

7.Cover dish tightly with foil and steam for 20 minutes over high heat.
8.Add bok choy to dish, arranging it around chicken and mushrooms.
