2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt , divided
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon coriander seed
3 tablespoons canola oil

1 can chopped tomatoes
1 medium green serrano chili , cut lengthwise in quarters
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons cilantro , minced

Instructions

1.Cut the cauliflower into florets and rinse them in running water. Drain well and keep aside.
