Ingredients

1/2 lb asparagus
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms ( I used button )
1/2 cup danish havarti cheese ( shredded )
sea salt

Instructions

1.Wash the asparagus and mushrooms thoroughly.
2.Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus and discard.
3.Slice the mushrooms.
4.Place water in a pot and bring it to boil.
5.Add a pinch of salt to the water.
6.Add the asparagus to the pot and steam for 3 minutes.
7.Add the mushrooms to the pot and steam for another 2 minutes.
8.Place the steamed asparagus and mushrooms onto a serving plate.
9.Sprinkle shredded danish havarti cheese.
10.Season with sea salt to taste. Serve and enjoy!
