Ingredients

2 beef steaks
4 medium potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 sprigs of rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2.Slice the potatoes thinly, without cutting all the way through.
3.Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
4.Place the potatoes on a baking tray and brush them with the oil mixture.
5.Add a sprig of rosemary on top of each potato.
6.Bake the potatoes in the oven for 1 hour, until crispy and tender.
7.Heat a pan over high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
8.Sear the steaks on both sides for 3-4 minutes, until browned and crispy outside and juicy inside.
9.Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
10.Serve steaks with Hasselback potatoes and enjoy!
