Ingredients

1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 bottle balsamic vinegar
1 lb fettuccine , cooked and hot
1/4 cup gorgonzola , crumbled
1 cup Baby Spinach ( optional )
6 ounces sirloin steaks
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

10.Add grated parmesan and black pepper over the top of everything, and serve hot.
