48 inches flour tortillas

2 onions , thinly sliced
2 green bell peppers , thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 lbs skirt steaks , cut into 2 pieces
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 lb Roquefort cheese or 1/4 lb other blue cheese , crumbled

Instructions
