1/4 cup Grand Marnier or 1/4 cup Cointreau liqueur

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and line the base and sides of a 9 inch round cake pan with baking paper.

5.Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
6.Allow cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
