90 g rice flour
60 g rice starch
2 egg yolks
20 g honey ( Acacia )
10 g agave syrup
30 g coconut oil ( melted )
30 g orange juice ( freshly squeezed )
50 g fig jam ( or any jam of your choice )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2.In a large bowl, mix rice flour, rice starch, egg yolks, honey, agave syrup, coconut oil and orange juice until well combined.
3.Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 4 mm and cut out heart shapes.
4.Place the hearts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and prick the bottoms with a fork.
5.Bake the crostatine for 20-25 minutes until golden.
6.Remove from the oven and let them cool down.
7.Once the crostatine has cooled, spoon on a dollop of fig jam in the center of each heart.
