Instructions

1.In a large pot over medium-high heat, melt the butter and canola oil together.
2.Add the diced carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

4.Add the corned beef and black pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
5.Pour in the white wine and scrape up any browned bits on the bottom of the pot.
6.Add the heavy cream, half-and-half, both mustards, and horseradish.
7.Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes until it has thickened slightly.
