Ingredients

1 box Betty Crocker super moist white cake mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons mint extract
3 egg whites
12 drops green food coloring
2 jars hot fudge topping
8 ounces frozen whipped topping , thawed
5 drops yellow food coloring
Andes mints candies , unwrapped and cut into pieces
St. Patrick's Day Grasshopper Fudge Cake is a spin on the classic grasshopper cocktail. This cake is made with a white cake mix, mint extract and green food coloring for a festive and fun dessert that is perfect for a St. Patrick's Day celebration. To make this cake, the white cake mix is prepared and baked, then topped with a layer of warm hot fudge before being finished off with a layer of whipped topping and Andes mints candies. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a 13x9-inch pan
2.In a large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil, mint extract, egg whites and green food color with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds.
3.Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
4.Pour into pan. Bake 29 to 34 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
5.Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 1 hour.
6.In a microwavable bowl, microwave 2 cups of the hot fudge topping uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth and heated through; spread over cooled cake. Place cake in refrigerator while preparing whipped topping.
7.In large bowl, beat whipped topping, remaining 1/2 cup hot fudge topping and yellow food color with electric mixer on medium speed until blended with small amount of the food color.
8.Spread whipped topping mixture over fudge topping layer.
9.Sprinkle with candy pieces.
10.Store covered in refrigerator.
