2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons butter , softened

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
3.In a small bowl, mix together rum and ground walnuts.
4.In a large bowl, cream together 1/3 cup butter and 1/2 cup white sugar until light and fluffy.
5.Beat in the egg yolks.
6.Add the milk and mix well.
7.In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
8.Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stirring well.
9.In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
10.Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.
11.Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
12.Spread the walnut filling over the batter, leaving a 1/4 inch border around the edges.
13.Dot the filling with 2 tablespoons of butter.
14.Sprinkle the remaining 2 1/2 tablespoons of white sugar over the top.
15.Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
