1 cinnamon stick
6 green cardamoms
6 cloves
6 curry leaves
1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

1.Add coriander, cumin, fennel, fenugreek, cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, and curry leaves to a pan and dry roast over low heat for a few minutes or until fragrant.

3.Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
