3/4 cup fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
3/4 cup fat-free evaporated milk
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups frozen peas
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper
2.In a large skillet heat up the oil over medium heat
3.Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides
4.Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside
5.Add the chopped onion to the skillet and saute until translucent
6.Add the flour and dried tarragon to the skillet and mix well
7.Pour in the chicken broth and evaporated milk and whisk until well combined
8.Add the frozen peas and stir
