1 lb chopped beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup parsley flakes
1/4 cup grated locatelli cheese or 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
4 slices white bread
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
1 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
oil ( for frying )
12 wooden skewers

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix the chopped beef, eggs, parsley, cheese, salt and pepper together.
2.Cut the edges of bread and crumble the rest.
3.Mix the bread crumbs with meat mixture then make small meatballs. Thread the meatballs onto skewers.
4.Coat the skewers with breadcrumbs and fry in oil until golden brown.
