Ingredients

1 lb grilling strips beef loin steak , 1-inch thick
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups mushrooms , halved
1 garlic clove , minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 bag Baby Spinach
1/2 cup red onion , thinly sliced
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
