1 deep dish pie shell
1/4 cup pickled sweet red peppers , sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups fresh spinach , stemmed
4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
4 ounces feta cheese , crumbled

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
