8 ounces no-boil lasagna noodles
16 ounces frozen eggplants , cutlets
4 eggs or 4 Egg Beaters egg substitute
2 -3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach , thawed and squeezed dry

Instructions
