Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef ( only use very lean )
2 eggs
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
salt & pepper
1/3 cup ketchup or 1/3 cup tomato sauce
3 tablespoons onions , minced
1 garlic clove , minced
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
15 -20 baby spinach leaves
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
Spinach-Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf is an American classic, combining hearty meat and cheese with nutrient-rich spinach. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a large bowl, mix together beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, 1/3 cup ketchup or tomato sauce, onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and dried oregano until well combined.
3.Take half of the meat mixture and press it into the bottom of a loaf pan.
4.Layer the spinach leaves over the meat mixture.
5.Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over spinach leaves.
6.Cover with the rest of the meat mixture, pressing it down gently.
7.Mix together 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning. Spread all over top of meatloaf.
8.Bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked.
