Ingredients

1 box of large pasta shells
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells is a classic Italian dish that's perfect for a cozy dinner at home. Instructions

1.Cook the shells according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, egg, spinach, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
3.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
4.Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
5.Using a spoon, stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place them in the baking dish.
6.Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells, and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
7.Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
8.Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve.
