Ingredients

2 lbs ricotta cheese
1 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese , grated
4 tablespoons heavy cream ( +- ) or 4 tablespoons half-and-half ( +- )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
