Ingredients

2 cups uncooked glutinous white rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 can solid white tuna in water , drained
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon wasabi paste
4 sheets nori ( dry seaweed )
1/2 cucumber , finely diced
1 carrot , finely diced
1 avocado - peeled , pitted and diced

Instructions

1.Rinse the rice in a strainer or colander until the water runs clear.
2.Combine with water in a medium saucepan.

5.Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

11.Spread some wasabi paste over the rice, and arrange the cucumber, carrot, and avocado in a line down the center of the sheet.
12.Place the tuna mixture in a line down the center of the sheet.
13.Use your thumbs to lift up the edge of the nori closest to you. Use your other fingers to hold the filling in place.
14.Roll the sushi away from you, pressing gently to keep the roll firm.
15.With a sharp knife, cut each roll into 8 to 10 slices.
