Ingredients

14 oz firm tofu
2 cups mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots)
2 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger, minced
1 red chili, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper, to taste
This spicy tofu stir-fry is a quick and easy vegetarian meal that can be made in under 30 minutes. Instructions

1.Press tofu for 30 minutes to remove excess water and cut into small cubes.
2.Heat oil in wok or pan over high heat.
3.Add garlic, ginger, and chili, and stir fry for 30 seconds.
4.Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
5.Add tofu, soy sauce, and honey and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
6.In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water.
7.Add cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir until sauce thickens.
8.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
