Ingredients

1 block of firm tofu, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 red bell pepper,
1 green bell pepper,1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tbsp gochujang sauce,
1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
This spicy tofu stir fry is a delicious vegetarian option that is easy to make and packed with flavor. The combination of firm tofu, bell peppers, and spicy gochujang sauce creates a beautiful blend of textures and flavors that is sure to leave you wanting more.

Instructions

1.Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into bite-sized cubes. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce,
2.cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add the tofu, making sure to coat each piece well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
3.In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Add tofu and stir-fry until golden brown on all
4.sides. Remove tofu and set aside.
5.Add garlic, ginger, and onions to the same wok and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add in the bell peppers and stir-fry
6.until slightly soft.
7.Mix together gochujang sauce, honey, water, and rice vinegar in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the
8.vegetables and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
9.Add the tofu back to the skillet and stir-fry everything together for another minute.
10.Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
