Ingredients

-1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
-2 tbsp vegetable oil
-1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
-1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
-1/2 onion, sliced thin
-1 tbsp minced garlic
-1/2 cup Thai basil leaves, chopped
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp oyster sauce
-1 tsp fish sauce
-1 tbsp brown sugar
-1-2 red chili peppers, sliced
This Spicy Thai Shrimp Stir-Fry is a delicious and easy-to-make seafood dish that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. Instructions

1.In a wok or large skillet over high heat, add 1 tbsp oil and shrimp. Cook until just pink, then remove from wok and set aside.
2.Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the wok and add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
3.Return shrimp to wok and add Thai basil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and chili peppers. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until everything is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
4.Serve over rice.
