2 tablespoons asian fish sauce
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

1.In a mortar and pestle, crush the basil, cilantro, and garlic into a coarse paste.

3.Use as a marinade for chicken, pork, shrimp or tofu. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results. Grill or broil as desired.
