1 cup cucumber , very finely chopped and seeded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together ginger powder, curry powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, buttermilk, kosher salt, sugar, and garlic cloves.
