1 1/2 cups curly or flat leaf parsley , finely chopped
1/4 cup of fresh mint , finely chopped
1 English cucumber , seeded and diced
4 green onions , finely chopped
juice of one lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
1 jalapeno pepper , seeded and finely chopped
