Ingredients

8 ounces ground pork
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 dash white pepper

6 garlic cloves ( put through press or mince finely )
3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
12 ounces dried Asian noodles ( wide works best )
3 medium scallions , sliced thin
2 cups bean sprouts

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix ground pork with soy sauce, dry sherry, and white pepper. Set aside.
2.In another bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, peanut butter, rice vinegar, white pepper, and chicken broth. Set aside.
3.Place peanut oil in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add minced ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant, for about 30 seconds.
4.Add the ground pork mixture to the saucepan and cook until browned. Add the broth mixture and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
5.Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
6.Toss the noodles with the sesame oil and divide among 4 bowls. Spoon the pork mixture over the noodles and top with bean sprouts and scallions.
