Ingredients

6 zucchini - peeled , seeded and cut into semicircles
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
3 whole cloves
7 whole peppercorns
4 tomatoes , chopped
2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Instructions

1.Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4.Add salt, chili powder, ground turmeric, garlic powder, ground coriander seed, whole cloves, and peppercorns.
5.Stir well and add 2 cups of water.
6.Add the chopped tomatoes and plain yogurt.
7.Stir well again and cover the skillet.
8.Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it cook for 20-25 minutes until the zucchinis are tender.
