Ingredients

1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 lb turkey tenderloins , butterflied
1 lime
4 pita bread rounds , cut in half or 4 any flat bread
1 cup sour cream , can sub light if preffered
1/4 cup green onion , thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro , finely chopped can sub fresh parsley
1 can green chilies , drained
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
This Spicy Lime and Cilantro Turkey Pita Fajitas recipe is a delicious and healthy twist on traditional fajitas. Instructions

1.Heat up your grill, spray with non stick spray. After pounding the turkey till 1/2 inch thickness, rub the turkey with the spice mixture, the cayenne and fennel is the spicy part - do with according to your spiciness preference.
2.Grill turkey for 7-8 minutes on the first side, flip, then grill for an additional 3-4 minutes on the second side or until 165 degrees.
3.Remove from grill and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.
4.Combine the sour cream, green onion, cilantro, green chilies, black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt in a bowl.
5.Cut the turkey into strips, and serve on pitas or any flat bread, with the sour cream mixture. Serve hot as each person can make their own.
