1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper ( optional )
2 teaspoons salt
black pepper ( optional )
3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

Instructions

1.Rinse the dried lentils and soak them in warm water for at least 30 minutes.
