Ingredients

1 whole napa cabbage , trimmed and shredded
3 green onions , trimmed and thinly sliced ( using white and green parts )
1/2 cup cilantro , chopped
3 jalapenos , seeded and minced
1 package oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds , toasted
coarse salt
fresh ground black pepper , to taste

Instructions

1.Crush the ramen noodles into small pieces and cook according to package directions, drain and set aside.
2.In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar and sugar. Set aside.
3.In a large bowl, toss together the shredded napa cabbage, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro and minced jalapenos.
4.Add the cooked ramen noodles to the cabbage mixture and toss gently to combine .
5.Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well.
6.Add toasted sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
