2 slabs baby back pork ribs

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3.Stir in honey, mustard, cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
4.Place ribs in a roasting pan and brush the honey-mustard mixture over them.
5.Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
6.Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes, basting with the honey-mustard sauce every 10 minutes.
