2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 medium jalapeno pepper , chopped
1 small habanero pepper , chopped ( for even more spice )

Instructions

1.In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2.Add the white American cheese, cream cheese and whole milk to the melted butter. Continue stirring the mixture until the cheese has melted and the ingredients are well combined.
3.Once the cheese has melted, add the canned or fresh roasted hot hatch chiles, chopped jalapeno pepper, chopped habanero pepper and chopped cilantro to the saucepan. Mix all the ingredients until everything is well distributed.
