2 -4 chicken breast halves , cut into bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon Mrs . Dash seasoning mix
1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese or 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz
1/2 cup sour cream
0.5 bag Doritos ( I used Spicy Nacho )
1/2 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Spicy Dorito Chicken Casserole is a fun twist on a classic chicken casserole. This dish is perfect for those busy weeknights when you need a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large bowl, mix together the chicken breast pieces, chili powder, garlic salt, pepper, paprika, and Mrs. Dash seasoning mix.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together the Rotel tomatoes & chilies, cream of mushroom soup, Velveeta cheese or Cheez Whiz, and sour cream.
4.Crumble the Doritos into bite-sized pieces. Reserve half a cup for the topping and stir the remaining pieces into the tomato mixture.
5.Layer half of the chicken mixture into a large casserole dish, followed by half of the tomato mixture. Repeat with the remaining chicken and tomato mixtures.
6.Top the casserole with the reserved Doritos and shredded cheddar cheese.
7.Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
