1 lb. chicken breast
1 can black beans
1 avocado
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 lime, sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. chipotle pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to high heat
2.Mix together olive oil, chipotle pepper, cumin, and salt
3.Brush chicken breasts with mixture
4.Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side
5.Heat black beans on stove
6.Slice avocado
7.Serve chicken, black beans, avocado, red onion, and red bell pepper in a bowl
8.Garnish with lime slices
