Ingredients

1 lb chicken wings
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt, to taste
1/4 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp black pepper
Blue cheese dressing, for serving
Spicy chicken wings are a classic game day appetizer that everyone loves. Perfectly crispy and coated in a spicy hot sauce, they're sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the vegetable oil.
2.In another bowl, mix together the paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture over the chicken wings and toss evenly.
3.Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the chicken wings in a single layer on the sheet.
4.Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken wings are crispy and cooked through.
5.While the chicken wings are baking, make the hot sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the hot sauce and butter over low heat until the butter is melted. Add the honey and black pepper and stir well.
6.Remove the chicken wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the chicken wings and toss until the wings are evenly coated.
7.Serve the chicken wings with blue cheese dressing on the side.
