1/2 cup half-and-half

Instructions

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
2.Remove chicken from skillet.

4.Add the shallots, green onions, and garlic and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
5.Add the fire-roasted diced tomatoes with juice, Marsala wine, chicken bouillon, and rosemary leaves. Bring to boil and reduce the heat to low.
6.Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
7.Add the half-and-half and Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese has melted.
8.Remove from heat.
9.Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, and serve with the chicken Marsala sauce on top.
