2 cloves garlic | |
1 inch ginger | |
1 tsp cumin powder | |
1 tsp coriander powder | |
1 tsp turmeric powder | |
1 tsp garam masala | |
1 tbsp tomato paste | |
1 cup chicken broth | |
1 tbsp oil | |
Salt to taste |
1. | Heat oil in a pan and add diced onion. |
2. | Saute until onion turns golden brown. |
3. | Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute. |
4. | Add chicken and spices, cook for 10 minutes. |
5. | Add tomato paste and chicken broth, simmer for 15 minutes. |
6. | Serve hot with rice or naan bread. |
