2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup strong black coffee
1/2 cup water
1 large yam , peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 can black beans , rinsed and drained
1 can corn kernels , rinsed and drained
2 cups medium salsa ( I use Emerald Valley Organic )
1/2 cup sour cream ( to garnish )

Instructions

1.In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
