Seitan is a wheat-based protein that is a great source of protein for a vegan diet. Seitan contains more protein per serving than many meats. Additionally, it contains all essential amino acids, is low in fat, and is cholesterol-free. Cilantro contains antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that help reduce inflammation, and freshen breath.
