5 slices whole meal bread ( make into crumbs )
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon basil

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mash together the cooked adzuki beans, pinto beans or kidney beans, onion, tomatoes, green pepper, garlic, salt and pepper, chili powder, fresh chili pepper, and bread crumbs until well combined.
2.Stir in the olive oil, egg, and basil until the mixture forms a thick batter.
3.Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions.
4.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
5.Cook each burger for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
