1 lb boneless chicken thighs, sliced | |
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped | |
1 red bell pepper, sliced | |
1 onion, sliced | |
3 cloves garlic, minced | |
2 tbsp cooking oil | |
3 tbsp soy sauce | |
2-3 tbsp fish sauce | |
2-3 tbsp oyster sauce | |
1 tbsp brown sugar | |
1 tsp cornstarch |
1. | Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. |
2. | Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds. |
3. | Add chicken and stir-fry until browned. |
4. | Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. |
5. | Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl. |
6. | Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. |
7. | Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. |
8. | Turn off the heat and add the chopped basil, stirring to combine. |
