Instructions

1.In a pan, dry roast the ginger, cardamom, coriander, fenugreek, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, and allspice over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.

3.Pour the mixture into a blender, add the salt, and blend until smooth.
4.Add the paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to the blender and blend again until well combined.
5.Gradually add water to the blender while blending until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
